Students visiting this site need to abide by these rules on here.

This site is available to the whole internet. Just because I’ve told you about it in class doesn’t mean that some person in Zimbabwe can’t visit it. So…

1. Do not post your last name anywhere on here. If you make a comment please make sure it is your first name only.
2. No revealing information about our school (like state, city, name, other teachers, other students)
3. No put downs of ANYONE.
4. Most importantly, ask your parents before you write a comment. You’re in 6th or 7th grade, I expect them to be monitoring your computer usage somewhat.

If you make a comment, it requires an email. That is so I am notified of a new comment. You do not have to use an actual email address. Simply putting “email@email.com” will send your comment along. These comments are moderated so if I get something I don’t like it will be dropped down the memory hole.

I promise if you enter your actual email it will only be used for response to your comment if necessary. Long story short, I won’t be signing you up for any email lists or sending you forwards.
I expect you to do the same with my email. I am happy to correspond with you AND your parents via email about school matters, but do not send me funny pictures, email forwards, et cetera, etc.

Pretty much, what it comes down to (just like in the classroom): If you think it MIGHT be a poor choice, don’t do it.
