In Mr. Swanson’s years of life, I’ve had a few close calls. Narrowly missing getting in car accident or two, living through a tornado, making a big save in overtime in a hockey tournament, getting the last table at a busy restaurant before a long wait. Blog about a time you had a near brush with disaster. Set the scene and give lots of details. Explain how it changed you, if it did change you. It doesn’t necessarily have to be you escaped with your life situation.
